email please include the following information in your email:

- New email address to add (if applicable)
- Email address to remove (if applicable)
- Current and new email address (if changing address)
To
upgrade
or change your hosting package please include the following information in
your email:
- Contact name
- Contact phone number
- Contact email
- Current hosting package
- New hosting package
- Terms of payment (monthly or annually)
If you wish to
order a new
hosting account please include the following information in your email:
- Company name
- Proof of non-profit status (for non-profit customers only)
- Mailing address
- Postal code
- Telephone number (including area code)
- Fax number if applicable (including area code)
- Contact name
- Contact email
- Desired hosting package
- Payment terms (monthly or annually)
To
cancel
service please include the following information in your email:
- Contact name
- Contact phone number
- Contact email
- Current hosting package
- Date you wish to cancel
- Reason for cancelling (not required, but it would be helpful for us to
know)
SaskNow Technologies will reimburse you for any unused hosting
services that you have already paid for.
