Domain Support

Our domain support team can help you with all aspects of your domain name. Whether you need something changed, are registering a domain name, or transferring your domain away from SaskNow Technologies we are willing to help. For any of the services listed below, a member of our Domain Support Team will respond to your request or inquiry within 24 hours.

To change contact information for you domain name please include the following information in your email:

• Domain name
• Current contact information
• New contact information (including name, address, postal code, phone and fax numbers, and email address)

When changing hosting providers you will have to update your DNS Servers please include the following information in your email:

• Domain name
• Current DNS Servers
• New DNS Servers

If you wish to register a domain or transfer your domain to SaskNow Technologies please include the following information in your email:

• Domain name
• Company name
• Legal type (i.e. corporation)
• Proof of non-profit status (for non-profit customers only)
• Mailing address
• Postal code
• Telephone number (including area code)
• Fax number – if applicable (including area code)
• Contact name
• Contact email
• Number of years wanting to register or transfer for (1 year to 9 years)

To renew your domain name just send an email including the domain name you wish to renew and how many years you wish to renew for (1 year to 9 years).

If you wish to transfer your domain away from SaskNow Technologies please inform us. Without prior knowledge of the transfer SaskNow will assume that the transfer request has taken place with out your knowledge and will deny the transfer request to protect your domain from being transferred without your knowledge. We will also contact you to ask if the transfer request was a valid request. If you actually wanted to transfer the domain from SaskNow Technologies to another Reseller you will have to put the transfer request through again.
